By accessing or using the website identified with the URL (uniform resource locator):www.danteshoes.com, hereinafter "website", you acquire the quality of user, and therefore you are subject to compliance the normative body that regulates the “website” including:
1. These terms and condicionts, hereinafter “terms”.
2. Dante® Privacy Notice.
3. Dante® Cookies Policy.
4. All other policies governing the “website”.
The normative body referred to in the immediately preceding numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4 are of a mandatory and binding nature, hereinafter they will be identified as a whole as "Dante® Policies".

Dante® is not responsible for any consequence that may arise from the use of the information included on the website, understanding that the use and monitoring of the information contained in the website are at your own risk and responsibility.

The purchase of the "products" is only available for people who have the legal capacity to contract, in case you do not have such capacity if you do not have such capacity, you must review "Dante® Policies" with your parent or legal guardian, hereinafter "legal representative". Dante® is not responsible for any activity or loss of information due to unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend your "account" at our sole discretion, without notice.
By accessing and using the website you agree to abide by the "terms", which allow you to:

You hereby undertake to use and access the portal under the provisions of "Dante® Policies", morality, good customs, legislation, and public order provisions applicable in the United Mexican States. Under the foregoing, you agree to refrain from using the "website" to carry out acts for illicit purposes or effects that may harm third parties or Dante®.
You may not perform the following activities within the website:
3.1. Resell, charge, or give access to others to use your website user account.
3.2. Duplicate, transfer, give unauthorized access to third parties, copy, photograph, or distribute any part of the “website”, without Dante®'s written and signed consent through its legal representative.
3.3. Breaching, circumventing, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, decoding, hacking or otherwise improperly altering the “website”.
3.4. Assist or hire another person to breach, circumvent, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, disassemble, decode, hack, or otherwise improperly alter the “website”.

3.13. Modify the “website” or any modified version of the website for any purpose. Any violation of the "website" is considered by the applicable legislation as a crime punishable by imprisonment, in addition to the administrative and economic sanctions for the violation of the intellectual property of Dante®.
3.14. Perform any action or use of devices, software, or other means tending to interfere in the activities and operation of the "website", and in general, obtain any information in its possession.
3.15. Copy, show, deactivate, try to deactivate, distribute, execute, publish, modify, transfer, create or exploit works derived from the "website", unless you have a written authorization signed by a legal representative with the corresponding legal powers of Dante®.
3.16. Remove or alter the copyrights, industrial property, other intellectual property rights, or any other information or content that is property of Dante® or of a person who has a direct relationship with Dante® that is included on the website.
3.17. Use Dante® information, proprietary and privileged materials.
3.18. Modify, alter or delete, in whole or in part, the notices, trademarks, trade names, signs, advertisements, logos, or in general any indication that refers to the intellectual property of Dante® contained in the "website".
3.19. Modify, rent, lease, lend, loan, sell, distribute, exploit the “website” in any way known or to be known, or create derivative "products" based on the intellectual property found on the “website”.
3.20.Compile or use any list of "products", descriptions, or prices of the same.
3.21 Make any derivative use of the "website" or its contents.
3.22. Downloading or copying information from any account for your benefit or the benefit of others.

3.24.Create an account on behalf of another without the express authorization of that person, except in the case of minors and incapable adults.
In general, you must refrain from any conduct or use of content that Dante® deems inappropriate for "Dante® policies". Any unauthorized use of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Any use not permitted in accordance with "Dante® Policies"; any intrusion, attempt or activity that violates or is contrary to the law; will be investigated by the personnel that Dante® determines for this purpose, and the offender may be sanctioned, by way of example but not limited to, the suspension or cancellation of the account or any other sanction that Dante® deems appropriate, without prejudice to any civil, criminal, administrative or any other legal actions that may arise due to the configuration of crimes or violations of applicable legislation that may be caused by the commission of the same.
If we determine that you have breached our "terms and conditions" or any applicable legal provision in a material or egregious manner, we may suspend or permanently disable access to your account.
n order to purchase "products" on the "website" you need to access your account, or alternatively, enter your personal data, which will be treated in accordance with the Dante®’s Privacy Notice.

If a product does not meet your needs in relation to the description on the website, you have the right to return it, in accordance with the Dante® Return Policy.

A. INTEGRIDAD DE LOS “TÉRMINOS”
Los “términos”, constituyen la totalidad del acuerdo que existe entre Tú y Dante®, respecto del uso de nuestro “portal” y prevalecen sobre cualquier acuerdo anterior, exceptuando el Aviso de Privacidad Integral DANTE® y la Política de Cookies DANTE®.
B. MODIFICACIONES.
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar, a nuestra entera discreción las “Políticas Dante®, mismas que entrarán en vigor en la fecha indicada en la última parte del presente instrumento.
Si modificamos las “Políticas Dante®” y sigues utilizando nuestro “portal” se entenderá que estás de acuerdo en someterte a las mismas. Si no aceptas las modificaciones a las “Políticas Dante®” debes de abstenerte de utilizar nuestro portal, y en su caso, eliminar tu cuenta.
C. ALCANCE DEL DERECHO.
Si se determina que alguna disposición de las “Políticas Dante” no se pueden ejecutar, las disposiciones restantes seguirán en plena vigencia, y se interpretarán como si la disposición no ejercitable nunca hubiera sido incluida.
D. PROHIBICIÓN DE CEDER LOS DERECHOS Y OBLIGACIONES DE LAS “POLÍTICAS DANTE”.
No transferirás, cederás, enajenarás, subrogarás, arrendarás o limitarás en cualquier forma tus derechos y obligaciones estipulados en las “Políticas Dante®” a ningún tercero, sin el consentimiento escrito y firmado autógrafamente por uno de nuestros apoderados legales. Los actos contrarios serán reputados como nulos de pleno derecho, sin necesidad de declaración judicial.
E. DERECHO APLICABLE. El “portal” es operado por Dante® desde sus oficinas en la Ciudad de México en los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, cualquier controversia se regirá por lo dispuesto en las “condiciones”, en el Código Civil para el Distrito Federal, la Ley de Justicia Alternativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia para el Distrito Federal, el Reglamento Interno del Centro de Justicia Alternativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de la Ciudad de México, y demás leyes, reglamentos y fuentes del derecho aplicables en la Ciudad de México, Estados Unidos Mexicanos.
F. MEDIACIÓN. En caso de controversias la resolveremos mediante el servicio público de mediación prestado por el Centro de Justicia Alternativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de la Ciudad de México, de conformidad con la Ley de Justicia Alternativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia para el Distrito Federal y el Reglamento Interno del Centro de Justicia Alternativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de la Ciudad de México.
G. JURISDICCIÓN.
Si la controversia no ha sido resuelta a través de la mediación, “las partes” se someten a la jurisdicción de los Tribunales del Fuero Común de la Ciudad de México en los Estados Unidos Mexicanos; renunciando en forma expresa a cualquier otro fuero a que tenga derecho en razón de territorio, cuantía, materia y domicilio o vecindad que tenga o llegare a tener.

A. INTEGRITY OF THE "TERMS".The "Terms" constitute the entire agreement that exists between You and Dante®, with respect to the use of our “website” and prevails over any previous agreement, except for the DANTE® Comprehensive Privacy Notice and the DANTE® Cookie Policy.
B. MODIFICATIONS.We reserve the right to modify, at our sole discretion "Dante® Policies" which shall become effective on the date indicated in the last part of this instrument.
If we modify the "Dante® Policies" and you continue to use our website, it will be understood that you agree to abide by them. If you do not accept the modifications to the "Dante® Policies" you must refrain from using our “website”, and if necessary, delete your account.
C. SCOPE OF LAW.If any provision of the "Dante® Policies" is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect and will be interpreted as if the unenforceable provision had never been included.
D. PROHIBITION TO ASSIGN THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE "DANTE® POLICIES".You shall not transfer, assign, alienate, subrogate, lease or limit in any way your rights and obligations stipulated in "Dante® Policies" to any third party, without the written and handwritten consent signed by one of our legal representatives. Any acts to the contrary will be considered null and void, without the need for a judicial declaration.
E. GOVERNING LAW.The "website" is operated by Dante® from its offices in Mexico City in the United Mexican States, any dispute shall be governed by the provisions of the "terms", the Civil Code for the Federal District, the Alternative Justice Law of the Superior Court of Justice for the Federal District, the Internal Rules of the Alternative Justice Center of the Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City, and other laws, regulations and sources of law applicable in Mexico City, United Mexican States.
F. MEDIATION.In case of disputes we will resolve them through the public mediation service provided by the Alternative Justice Center of the Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City, in accordance with the Alternative Justice Law of the Superior Court of Justice for the Federal District and the Internal Regulations of the Alternative Justice Center of the Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City.
G. JURISDICTION.If the controversy has not been resolved through mediation, you and Dante® submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Common Jurisdiction of Mexico City in the United Mexican States; expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which it may be entitled by reason of territory, amount, subject matter and domicile or neighborhood that it may have or may have.
